STUDIOS: DK4/12

DK4/12

World Services's first studio desk not to use rotary faders and the first using transistors instead of valves, the DK4/12, installed first in S8 in 1968. Widely disliked - hissy, a PPM with an inaccurate law, and quadrant faders that came apart in your hands if you weren't careful.
