CASIO CTK-6000 SEQUENCER DEMO

DETAILS OF THE DEMO POSTED ON YOUTUBE:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ft8nLiFpyF8

The demo was entirely constructed in the sequencer - no keyboard input while it plays - using the drum tracks only from auto-accompaniment, and 16 instrument tracks.

The demo plays at 250 bpm but input was done at speeds varying from 75 to 140 (my fingers are far too stiff these days to attempt the full speed).

(Obviously track B10 should have been Piano solo right, but for some reason it stuck on the drum bank and I couldn't shift it - a little bug, presumably,)

This was created as a demo of the built-in sequencer, showing that it is quite powerful. However if I was going to do something like this 'for real' I wouldn't do it on the keyboard (which is better at instant gratification) but in GarageBand as editing is much easier, right down to much easier correcting of individual notes.

You can download the data file here: http://rfwilmut.net/share/Saints.CMS.zip and use the Casio Data Manager to transfer it into your keyboard.
