Broadcasting history
have posted a new site, snappily entitled 'Fragments of an Informal History of
Broadcasting'. It includes several anecdotes which illustrate history, and also
an illustrated article on the development of sound recording in the BBC, from
the Blattnerphone to the modern digital playout systems: some of this I
experienced at first hand, having been dealing with it from
1961-2007.
